St. David's

St. David's, officially Britain's smallest city, is really little more than a pleasant village.

The attraction for us was two-fold. In a small valley next to the town is the 12th-century St. Davids Cathedral. In the late afternoon we were the only tourists wandering the very photogenic grounds.

St. David is also home to the information center for the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path ran right by our campground and the small city was less than a mile away along a quiet country lane.
