Sandringham and East Anglia
Much of East Anglia has been reclaimed from the sea and has many similarities with it's neighbor across the ocean, The Netherlands. There are canals, dikes, windmills, and a tulip-growing industry which rivals that of Holland. This flat, open landscape provides an ideal place for hiking, biking or walking on its many paths and trails. For our visit to the area we stayed in Sandringham, which is just north of King's Lynn, and then in Norwich, the city covered on the following web page. Sandringham is a Royal residence - the home where the Queen typically spends the Christmas holiday. Both the Caravan Club and the Camping and Caravan Club have campsites on the grounds of the residence. The grounds are extensive and are excellent locations for enjoy all types of outdoor activities.

East Anglia has lots of room for outdoor activities like biking on a bicycle built for two.
