Into British Columbia - Harrison Hot Springs, Hope, Thompson River Canyon, and Wells Gray Provinical Park
This week we drove north to British Columbia. We're working our way around the center of the province before heading for Vancouver Island.
Harrison Hot Springs
While we were at Harrison the weather didn't cooperate, but we did get in a hike around Hicks Lake in Sasquatch Provincial Park

If you've seen the first Rambo movie you've seen Hope before.
Note that we had sunshine in Hope, an hour after leaving Harrison Hot Springs!

Hope Also Has Lots of Wood Carvings, This One Is In the Business District
Looks like the artist might have been expecting birds when he did this one. Look closely, there's a crow on his head.
Thompson River Canyon
We spent one night in the canyon camped at Goldpan Provincial Park. It's right next to the highway with a railroad track on each bank of the river. Still, it's a beautiful place.
