The Rally in Louisville, Kentucky
This week we flew to Louisville, Kentucky for The Rally. Although we always look forward to rallies and the chance to talk to past and future readers, it's hard to leave Alaska in the middle of the summer.
Alaska Airlines has a direct flight to Chicago. As full-time RVers flying isn't the way we normally get to a rally. A six hour flight and then a six hour drive made for a long day. Driving in an RV is a lot more fun.
In Louisville we manned a booth to sell our books. We also gave five seminars - about RV travel to Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, the Southwest, mainland Mexico, and the Baja Peninsula.
